Ingredients of Masala Pasta

  1. Take of FOR PASTA COOKING:.
  2. You need 1 cup of penne pasta, or any pasta.
  3. You need of water to boil.
  4. Take 1/2 tsp of salt.
  5. Take of OTHER INGREDIENTS:.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of oil.
  7. Take 1 tsp of butter.
  8. It’s 2 clove of garlic, finely chopped.
  9. Make ready 1 inch of ginger, finely chopped.
  10. You need 1/2 of onion, finely chopped.
  11. Prepare 1 cup of tomato pulp.
  12. Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric / haldi.
  13. You need 1/2 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
  14. It’s 2 tbsp of tomato sauce.
  15. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  16. Take 1/2 tsp of salt.

Masala Pasta instructions

  1. Firstly, saute 1 inch ginger and 2 clove garlic in 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp butter. further saute ½ onion till they turn soft..
  2. Additionally add 1 cup tomato pulp and saute well. keep stirring till the tomato pulp thickens..
  3. Now add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp salt. saute till the spices gets cooked completely..
  4. Now add 2 tbsp corn, ¼ capsicum, ¼ carrot, 2 tbsp peas and 7 florets broccoli. saute for a minute. add in 3 tbsp water and mix well. cover and simmer for 5 minutes..
  5. Now add in 2 tbsp tomato sauce and ½ tsp mixed herbs. mix well. add in cooked pasta and mix gently till the sauce gets coated well..
  6. Serve it.
