Ingredients of Dal makhni

  6. Prepare 1/2 bowl of onion paste.
  7. You need 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  8. It’s 1 tsp of ginger paste.
  9. It’s 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  10. Make ready of Salt to taste.
  11. It’s of Red chilli powder to taste.
  12. You need 1 tsp of dhaniya powder.
  13. Take 1 bowl of butter.
  14. It’s of Ghee for fry.

  6. Now put boil dal into it and boil it for 15 minutes into low steam if water is needed add boil water into it..
  7. Last step add butter into it and boil for 7 to 8 minutes..
  8. Tasty dal mkhni ready to serve..
