  15. It’s 1 teaspoon of ajwain seeds.
  16. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

I love it a lot and usually order.Methi muthia are steamed or fried dumplings made from chickpea flour and fenugreek leaves/methi.There are various ways of making muthia… I made both versions of methi muthia, steamed and fried.I was partial to the steamed version.

  3. In a steamer add water and bring it to boil..

  5. You can eat straight away or can give tadka of cumin, sesame and mustard seeds..
