Ingredients of Chicken Kofta Curry

  2. It’s of Chicken boneless/mince.
  3. Make ready of Salt.
  4. It’s of red chilli.
  5. Prepare of garam masala.
  6. Take of Cumin seeds.
  7. Prepare of Coriander powder.
  8. You need of turmeric powder.
  9. You need of #Spices for Curry.
  10. Take of Onion roughly Chopped.
  11. Make ready of garlic paste.
  12. It’s of big tomatoes.
  13. Take of Salt.
  14. Make ready of red chilli.
  15. Prepare of turmeric powder.
  16. Prepare of Garam masala.
  17. You need of Chicken powder/knorr cube(opt).
  18. Prepare of Coriander and cumin powder or seeds.
  19. Prepare of Oil for frying kofta.
  20. You need of Water for preparation of Curry.
  21. Prepare of Coriander for garnishing.

Chicken Kofta Curry step by step

  1. Wash your hand say bismiAllah and droud shareef.
  2. Take chopper add boneless chciken along with all spices that mentioned above and blend it very well.
  3. Now take it out and make small ball size kofta with the help of greasing hand with little bit oil.
  4. After that take a wok add some oil for frying it and fry it on low medium flame untill it's clr is changed in light brown #tip don't over fry otherwise your kofta is become hard.
  5. Now make kofta curry add Onion,garlic paste,tomatoes and some water in pressure cooker cook it and gave one whistle then remove pressure cooker from flame let it cool down.
  6. After cool down take a blender Jug fine blend masala in it with excess water.
  7. Now pour all masala in same pressure cooker add remaining spices,red chilli,Turmeric,garam masala etc.
  8. Now mix it when all excess water will dry add oil and fry kofta in it and cook it very very well untill oil become separate from masala.
  9. Now add water in it for curry according to your choice of curry and gave one whistle in pressure cooker for tenderize kofta.
  10. After whistling remove lid set curry according to your choice add some cumin seeds and garnish it with fresh Coriander.
  11. Serve it with chappati and enjoy itπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹.
