Ingredients of Aloo bhujiya

  1. Take 1 teaspoon of cumin seed.
  2. Take 1 teaspoon of mustard seed.

Just make sure that there are no lumps.Then add butter in the mashed potato mixture and mix it well.Then take another bowl and gradually add the rice flour, gram flour, chaat masala powder and salt in it.Make a big batch, store in container and enjoy it for weeks.

  1. Cut the potatoes in cube size and put into water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan then add cumin seed,fennel and mustard seed and saute it..
  3. Add chopped onion saute it and add also chopped ginger.
  4. Till it light browned then add potatoes.
  5. Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt to taste.
  6. Cook the potatoes in medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. After completely cooked then garnish with coriander leaves.
