  1. Take 1 bowl of roasted seviyan.
  2. You need 2 of onions.
  3. Make ready 2 of potatoes.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of ajwain.
  5. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of haldi powder.
  7. Make ready 1 tsp of garam masala.
  8. Prepare 1-2 tsp of lemon juice.
  9. You need to taste of salt.
  10. Take of oil as required.

After boiled it drain extra water and keep aside.Now heat a pan add oil,onion,tomato,peas,green chilli and saute it.Now add salt, red chilli powder,salt,garam masala,chaat masala,maggi masala and saute it.Samkeen Seviyan Recipe Easy to make at home.

  1. Peel and chopped the onion and potatoes..
  2. Heat oil in a wok add ajwain and roast it now add chopped onion and saute it..
  3. Add chopped potatoes and salt cover and cook till soft the potatoes..
  4. Now add haldi powder,red chilli powder and garam masala powder and roast it..
  5. Now add roasted seviyan and water,cook on low flame till soft the seviyan..
  6. Add lemon juice mix it well and serve it hot,.

This is a healthy recipe as it has a lot of vegetables.I have used cashews to add some crunch and raisins to add sweet and sour taste to the dish.Put water and roasted seviyan in a work and boiled it.
