Aloo ki bhujiya instructions

  1. Cut potato into finger-shaped slices. Waah them..
  2. In a kadhai add oil. Let it heat and add the sliced onions and dried red chilli.
  3. Let the onion fry till golden brown. Remove in a plate..
  4. In the same oil,add potato slices. Fry till 5 mins..
  5. Now mash the fried onion and chilli and add to the potato. Add salt..
  6. Mix everything well. Let cook for 5-10 mins on medium flame..
