- In a pan put 2 cup of water, keep it on the gas,.
- Let it boil add couliflower, peas,carrot,boil it 2 miniutes..
- Then remove it from the flame & drained it..
- Mash it little.keep it a side..
- Take a pan put butter in it..
- Add cumin seeds,let it cracle..
- Add ginger, garlic,saute it..
- Add onion pink it..
- Add chilli stir it..
- Now add all spices mix it..
- Add tomato,cook it 1 miniute..
- Add all boil veggies mix it..
- Add potatoes.cook it 5 miniutes..
- Add 1 cup water & mash all veggies very well..
- Cook it 2 miniutes in the high flam so that water reduce..
- Add mango & tamarind powder..
- Add coriander leaf mix it very well..
- Now take pav cut it in square in the center make hole in it with scratch the bread..
- It is a vegetarian spinich pav.easily available in the market..
- Grease it with butter inside & outside..
- Fill the bhaji in it put some Butter & cheesein it..
- Keep it 5 miniutes in the preheated oven at 180 degree..
