Ingredients of Vegetable Pancake

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Gram flour.
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of All purpose flour.
  3. It’s 1 tbsp of Rice flour.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder.
  5. Prepare To taste of Salt.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
  8. You need 1/2 cup of Curd.
  9. Make ready as needed of Water.
  10. Take 1 cup of Chopped cabbage.
  11. It’s 1 cup of Chopped coriander leaves.
  12. You need 1 cup of Grated carrot.
  13. Prepare 2 cups of Chopped spnich.
  14. Make ready 1/2 cup of Chopped spring onion.
  15. Take as needed of Oil for shallow fry.
  16. Prepare 1/2 cup of Spring onion for garnishing.

Vegetable Pancake step by step

  1. In a large mixing bowl add the gram flour, all purpose flour, rice flour, black pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder and baking powder. Whisk to combine..
  2. Add the curd and water and whisk well to remove any lumps..
  3. Add cabbage, coriander leaves, carrot, spnich and spring onion and mix well..
  4. Lightly brush the pan with a little oil..
  5. Laddle some of the batter on the hot pan and spread the batter around to make a rather thin pancake..
  6. Drizzle some oil around the pancake and cook until golden brown on both sides..
  7. Flip again and cook for a final one minute..
  8. Then remove from the pan and place into a serving plate..
  9. Garnish with chopped spring onions..
  10. Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup..
