  2. It’s 2 cup of whole wheat flour.
  3. It’s 1/5 tsp of salt.

  9. Make ready 150 gm of carrot, chopped.

  13. Make ready 1/2 of inch, ginger, chopped.

  17. You need 2 of green cardamom.
  18. Prepare 4 of cloves.
  19. Take 6-7 of black pepper.

  23. Prepare 1 of tsp, grated ginger.

Mix the dry ingredients, nicely. With lukewarm water make a soft dough..

  2. Fry the parathas, both the sides, on a hot skillet. Brush with ghee, serve hot with subzi..
  3. Subzi for paratha

Fry the paneer pieces, chopped carrot and capsicums and set a side..

  1. In a wok heat 1 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add 1/2 inch chopped ginger and fry for 30 seconds..
  2. Than add whole garam masala, cashews and almonds and fry for 3-4 minutes. Mix chopped tomatoes and red chilli with a pinch of salt. Mix well, cover and fry till the tomatoes are soft..
  3. Cool and grind to get a masala paste. Heat 2 tbsp ghee. Add 1tsp grated ginger. Fry a little. Add to ground masala paste, half cup of water..
  4. Add all the dry masala powder including kasoori methi. Mix well, cover and cook on low flame till the water from masala dries up..
  5. Add 1/2 cup of water again and mix the cream of milk. As I had kept the cream in refrigerator, it's a bit hard..
  6. Now mix fried veggies and paneer, with the masala, and cook covered for 6-7 minutes. Serve hot with hot parathas. Thanks.
