- Take 1 of large tomato/ puréed.
- Take 1 tbs of tomato paste.
- Prepare 1/2 tbs of red pepper paste.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- Make ready to taste of Black pepper.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin.
- Make ready 1/2 of red pepper flakes.
- It’s 3 cups of hot water.
- Prepare 4 tbs of spoon of vegetable oil.
- Take 2 tbs of olive oil.
Kidney Beans with Carrots instructions
- Prepare everything, open your can , rinse and drain beans, chop onion and carrot, purée tomato, heat 4 cups of water.
- Get ready for your spices.
- Heat v. Oil add onions and carrot , sauté.
- Add puréed tomato and paste.
- Add water.
- And spices.
- Stir, combine all and cover , mid- heat cook carrots about 25-30 minutes, when they are tender add beans.
- Since beans are already cooked, just boil about 5-6 mints. .mine was very spicy , you be more careful , if so add some boiled water over it..
